The staff were amazing, genuinely put a smile on my face. Even the cleaning staff were so sweet seriously I felt so welcomed and safe and cared about. The bed being a hostel was just perfect. It was a roomy place for items and to charge and sleep. Showers were great too. It was just awesome could not ask for better in Osaka. It had a nostalgic Japanese aesthetic. Also the placement was really centric very good.

Everything, the location is the best option to be inside the station! There is a massage chair WOW! My family loved it! The shower is great, we love everything! we will stay again for sure if we go back to Osaka.
