We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

Very cute and clean hostel with a great communal space. The cafe downstairs is also awesome, got a yummy dinner there on one of the nights.

It was a perfect experience. The hotel is on shin osaka station so you can easily reach all train stations. Rooms are clean and tiny. Receptionists are kind and helpful.

Location is the best, in the hearth of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Osaka. The staff are amazing and very helpful, thanks to Ms. Sato and Mr. Dimas who helped us with our left behind luggage arrangement. Room also big and the hotel is near to all amenities.
