Great and helpful staff. I left my car charger at the hotel after checking out. The staff was willing to spend one hour driving to my new hotel to get it back to me. Besides the wonderful service, the hotel’s view is stunning

The location was terrific. The rooms, restaurant and facilities were all exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone from the wait staff to cleaning staff, bar staff and reception were so happy, friendly and helpful. We felt we were in the happiest place on earth.

The hotel is very very clean, the spa area is very comfy and the family that is running the place very welcoming and ready to help with a lot of tips. Also food at the restaurant is very good, better than other restaurants around.

The Carpe Diem is a small Garnì hotel with free wellness centre. Set in the Catinaccio ski area between Vigo di Fassa and San Giovanni, this family-run property enjoys mountain views.
