We stayed for 4 nights from 29th June to 3rd July and had a fantastic time. Our room was so lovely & airy with a beautiful balcony at the side of the hotel. Very clean & decor was lovely too. The pool area was in a prime position with fantastic views out to sea. The staff were so very helpful with any queries we had. Lots of good recommendations from them regarding the local areas. They were so friendly & helpful - particularly Deanna who was always so cheery & enthusiastic & a huge credit to the hotel. Her reception colleagues were also very helpful & friendly. Shout out to Ivana, Alex, Elisia & Alessandro who were so friendly & engaging but all the staff were lovely.

I am very happy we did book this hotel. From the arrival to valet parking to check in with a welcome drink, everything was smooth. We were very happy staying at this hotel. The room we booked has a good space. The sheets were luxurious, I am very particular with the thread count. The luxurious Ortigia scent is all throughout the property and of course its bath line is being used by the hotel. The breakfast location is amazing, you have the 90 degrees view of the sea and the spread of choices is enough. Everything is locally made which is unfortunate for us that we cant buy the lime and orange jam that they served because it is delicious. The inner courtyard garden was a surprise. The location of this property is perfect. You will feel at home on this place, the people working at this property is very hospitable. We would love to come back and stay more!

Hotel is located on the Main Street which is a just above the beautiful beach of Isola Bella. Climb down a flight of stairs to access the beach. So top location. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices including hot food.

Villa Ducale is a small, luxurious boutique hotel with outstanding views of the sea, Mount Etna and the Strait of Messina.

Location is great for everything, especially the cable car to the beach. Views are spectacular. Staff were very good and efficient; particularly adding another night to the booking, and letting us stay in the same (better) room. Early (6am) breakfast on last was very good.
