The hotel is in the middle of the center in Taormina either a great panoramic view over the ocean. We have been in Taormina many times but this hotel was the best. We recommend a room with an ocean view. Staff was great and small things like guided tour around Taormina and cannoli making by Msria was fantastic. Er are looking forward coming back ❤️

This piece of heaven was situated in a wonderful spot with amazing views. The hotel was impeccably designed and decorated.Would definitely recommend and come back however will book much earlier as two days was not enough.

Everything just AMAZING, I don`t think there is other hotel in the area on better location, with better view, and so nice rooms. The stuff also very but very professional and helpful, especially Carmelo on the reception who handle our arrival. The room is big enough, very clean, with comfortable bed, and with unbelievable view! The bathroom is a bit small, and looking like kind of old, but with very good arrangement! Towel for swimming pool or beach and slippers also available. The guy on the roof garden coffee was so kind and helpful, he manage our drinks in the best way. I would deferentially visit again!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at NH Collection Taormina in May 2023. Our expectations have been exceeded in many ways. First of all the Reception helped us get a taxi from Taormina train station to the Hotel, welcomed us with a warm smile - sicilian style- . Cecilia has been very helpful and kind, I enjoyed her sweet and smooth service. On our check-in day, we were too tired to venture ourselves out for dinner, so we decided to dine at the Pool Restaurant. Being still low season, the Roof Top Restaurant was still closed. The service at the Pool Restaurant was impeccable. From Aperitivo with a breathtaking view over the Bay, to Dinner and post-dinner cocktail. Giuseppe at the Restaurant is the true Star. He entertained us with Historical tales about Taormina, always polite with a warm smile and truly made us feel extra special. The evening housekeeping politely knocked at our door to check if we might be in need of anything for the night, more towels and so on, she gifted us with a cute box with NH Collection Logo with italian chockolate. Such a sweet gesture! The hotel is downtown Taormina, you can easily walk pretty much anywhere. Sadly our stay was too short, but we will definitely be back, sure that we will always feel home at NH Collection Taormina.
