Great accomodation just 10 minutes wall from city center. Really kind staff that explained everything to us and helped with planing our trip to the city center. The room was spacious with luxurious view. The bathroom was fully equipped. The breakfast was kind of basic with ham, cheese, eggs, sweet pastry.

This is the only 5 stars hotel in the old city center! We truly love our stay, particularly greeted by helpful staff who guided us to drive to the hotel patiently and made prior registration of our car plate. We did not try the food there, but our room is beautiful. Located on the second floor, the room has a very high ceiling and well decorated. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a restored 14th-century monastery, with great views of the countryside. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms at Il Chiostro are large and bright.

Amazing place! Such a beautiful building and the location is perfect for exploring Siena. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is impressive and everything is very clean. We also found the bed extremely comfortable! Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a really nice neighborhood. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated all the information about check in and hotel we got before our arrival so the communication was really great. Easy access to the historic center of Siena, with the bus stop almost in front of the hotel. Breakfast was continental but nice.

Very good hotel, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The centre is also within walking distance, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here :)
