Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was big, with a walk-in shower. Room had air conditioning which was a must have. Really nice breakfast which could be taken inside or out. Hotel was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and 30 minutes BA from the sights. Highly recommended.

It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The people in the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, coffee delicious, and very close to the center of Siena. I would return without hesitation. Loved it.

Hotel premises are neat, clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. It is located at a perfect location to explore the beautiful city of Siena, with easy access to local transport, taxis and walking distance to the historic center. Rooms are well lit with great ventilation system. The elaborate breakfast was a treat to enjoy.
