Very clean place, excellent equipment, very kind staff and fast to help also in case of exceptional requests like getting an iron for the clothes. Very good location, in a quiet area and well connected if using a car. There are a couple of supermarkets at walking distance. The pool and the relaxing area is simply great! Every day we got very clean room, clean towels and sheets.

The room was very big, well designed and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and attentive. We were not prepared for frost in the morning and tried to clean the windows of the car mit credit cards. One of the staff must have noticed and brought warm water to clear the windows. Thanks again.

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Fantastic facilities, especially the kitchen/lounge area was really nice! Bathroom also beautiful.

The location of of this B&B was phenomenal. We were in the separate building. When we first booked, the reviews made us hesitant about the separate building, but it was a blessing in disguise. Our room (Caterina) in the separate building fronted on to the square, Piazza del Repubblica. In the evenings, there was live music you can enjoy from the comforts of your own room. If you want some quiet, the soundproof windows do an AMAZING job of cutting out sound. We had such an amazing experience in Florence because of the location of the room. Dinner out in Florence, followed by live music in our room after a long day. It was perfect for us As for the other reviews about the location of the separate building, we came prepared and looked up the location of the building, in order to find it when we checked in at reception down the street. Clearly, the hotel has tried very hard to improve on these reviews because, the receptionist checked us in, then walked us over to the separate building, showed us how to use the elevator and showed us which keys to use to access the apartment/building. We were pleasantly surprised with the instructions and the helpfulness of the reception staff. Breakfast is located a little further down the road (it is closer to the separate building) so it wasn't a far walk for us. The reception staff at the other hotel were friendly and directed us where to go to have breakfast. For the money, this breakfast was incredible. Buffet style - all you can eat pastries, yogurts, meats/cheeses, cakes cereals, orange juice, coffee, etc. They even make you eggs how you like them. We were missing our larger North American style breakfast. For 15 euros a person, it may seem a bit pricey, but you 100% get what you pay for. Quantity was far better than any breakfast at restaurants we have been to and the food was delicious. The staff working at the breakfast area were lovely and very friendly.

Great accommodation - highly recommend! Beautiful apparrments! Just a great place! This is my fourth time staying here and I would definitely go back!
