Check in was smooth. I arrived very late as my flight had been delayed, my room key was waiting for me and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

A very good location if you want to reach the airport. Very clean and spacious room with two rooms and one bathroom in each room.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a beautiful, quiet place, very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The location itself is perfect, with a garden yet within easy reach of the city's main attraction, the Leaning Tower. If I return to Pisa, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
