The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Simone checked me in quickly and answered my questions. he is very polite and helpful. The restaurant food and service were both excellent, I was happy with my dining experience. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, I slept well and the area is quiet.

This totally refurbished Palazzo is beautifully situated within the protecting walls of a stunning yet dreamy park overlooking the lovely city of Alassio and the Mediterranean Sea. A a place and a view you will never forget. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the rooms top class, calm and wonderfully decorated. Our room had an amazing balcony with seaview. All amenities you can think of are available in the room. The brand new Spa and Wellness area comprise a modern Finnish sauna, a hammam, fitness room and massage and wellness treatments The price may be a little steep, but this place is a hidden jewel on the Ligurian coast and the staff its gems. Don't think twice.
