The location of the hotel is fantastic. Near Saint Francis Church. The Staff is 5 stars: really helpful, very nice, always helping with anything needed and always friendly. The Hotel is beautiful with a positive energy and where you feel at home. It is new and everything really clean and cosy! The room was excelent, I stayed on 303. What a view! Fantastic! And was clean and so beatiful ans well decorated! This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy Despreensious but so elegant! Breakfast was vey good! Thank you! I really enjoyed being here!

We recently stayed at this stunning hotel for our honeymoon, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The welcome was warm, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with breathtaking views that set the perfect romantic ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the personalized touches that made us feel pampered from start to finish. The outdoor heated pool was absolutely perfect, the Spa was amazing the indoor jacuzzi and sauna with the outdoor view was unbelievable. The staff deserves special mention Magi Alena and Alessia all under the command of the amazing manager Antonelo – they were genuinely friendly, always willing to help, and made sure every aspect of our stay was flawless. They even surprised us with a lovely gesture to celebrate our honeymoon, which made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such an important moment in our lives. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to come back! Very nice, cosy and clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The receptionists were really sweet and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes away from the basilica and very central. Also the bus stop is a few steps away.
