A great location in the old city, clean, tiny and cozy room with a stunning sea view, warm welcome and hospitality, excellent breakfast. We even got a ride to the bus station as it was heavily raining. I do recommend it.

This was the most amazing location for a visit to the beautiful city of Monopoli. It is right in the heart of the old city, and not too far from free street parking should you need it. We ended up parking on a street about 15 mins walk away, and this would be the furthest you would need to park, with much closer options also available. The staff were absolutely amazing. We experienced the best possible example of a "remote concierge" service, with recommendations being provided within the minute via whatsapp. The room itself was exactly as described. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, with the water pressure and temperature for the shower high. All in all, a perfect stay, and definitely deserves a return visit.

The location in the old city overlooking the Adriatic Sea is stunning. It is only a short walk inside the walls and easy to access. We had our breakfast served on the rooftop every morning. Superb views and such friendly staff. We had the king suite with balcony which was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The reception staff were available via WhatsApp which was easy to communicate and order things like ice, Prosecco etc. We were late on our arrival due to flight delay but the staff stayed until we arrived at midnight, met our taxi and helped with our bags to the room. Just simply outstanding service and always with a smile. Access into the apartments is only a few steps. There is a spiral staircase to the rooftop which was easy to navigate.

The rooms we received were in an amazing location in the centre of Polignano, in the main square. We were provided with a stunning terrace with a view of the square and the sea, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Will definitely visit again.

Using Trulli Holiday Albergo Diffuso is the way to visit Alberobello and experience a night (or more) sleeping in a UNESCO Heritage Trullo. This organization renovate Trulli up to UNESCO standards. They are located throughout the town. We booked a Trullo with breakfast included, which was really nice. The organization has a contract with the Cafe next door to the Reception Area to provide a delicious breakfast. Well organized. The Reception employees were fantastic, taking us to our Trullo to drop off our luggage and helped us find a free parking spot close by. Fantastic service. Will definitely recommend to Friends & Relatives.
