The location of the hotel is excellent for those travelling with a car and wanting to be in the middle between La Spezia (for Cinque Terre) and Pisa, Lucca and Firenze. Parking is private and free. The hotel and our room were neat and modern, The room was spacious enough, with 2 balconies, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful giving us new locations to visit such as Pietrasanta and Il Ponte del Diavolo. Breakfast was also very good.

Villa Tiziana is a charming hotel managed by the owners and located in Marina di Massa, just 300 metres from the sea. The stylish building offers a park with outdoor swimming pool.

Lovely building in nice surroundings, obviously a few years old but impeccably kept. Pool was lovely and all the seating areas around the hotel were well kept and comfortable. Didn’t get to eat evening meal as restaurants were closed, but breakfast next morning was very good, lots of choice and would make you food eg cooked breakfast on request. Couldn’t fault it very good value xxx

I knew about the Hotel Tirreno because some friends had recommended it to me. Traveling in Italy, I wanted to follow their advice, and I'm delighted. I found a clean and renovated environment in a period building. All the staff is courteous and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was plentiful and with a wide selection. I will definitely return and recommend it.
