Everything!!!! Lovely large modern clean room with a huge bed!! Decorated tastefully with led lighting to enhance. Fab 50" TV not that you're there to watch TV but added bonus it had YouTube so when we were getting ready we could put on music channels and also after a long day walking around Venice we looked at a few videos of buildings etc we wanted to know more about. Tea/coffee station in room fantastic too. Breakfast buffet plentiful and all the staff from reception, housekeeping staff and waitresses were very polite and welcoming. A wonderful stay here for a couple of nights as part of our 25th wedding anniversary 9 day roadtrip in Italy

The hotel was nice, great location, quiet and peaceful area, 10-15 minutes walk to main area with restaurants, bistros, shops etc. The water bus stops directly outside. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough and clean.

The hotel is in a very calm, silent spot in the city. The vaporetto was in a close walking distance. The design of the room was very good, elegant. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before breakfast time but the lady packed us food and orange juice. The whole experience in the hotel was pleasant. The espresso was very good right from a high-pressure machine.

When we arrived to the Hotel, there was a slight problem in the room but the receptionist handle yhe situation excellent and replace our booking with another room which consists of much more services like jakuzi and steam bath. During our stay they try to do the best they can and while we were leaving they gave us discount code for the next stay because of the inconvience. So it was a pleasure to us staying in this facility. No worries for anything they can solve it out for you. Nice job, nice people ♥️

The location was exceptional. We could walk to many restaurants and San Marco Square. We booked the private transfer, and we're so glad we did. .We also took advantage of the included trip to Murano for a tour of a glass factory. Our room was tiny but had all the comforts and was very stylish and modern.
