The style of the bedroom was amazing! A very nice smell as soon as we get in, we could tell that the linen was fresh and clean. The location was amazing, even for parking the car outside the piazza was great. Efficient check in with good communication although no meet and greet - Location unbeatable- wonderful swimming a few steps away - gorgeous view- location abutting the Duomo and boat harbour and friendly eatery on site - free lounging chairs - abundant bottled water given as well as good coffee/tea and light cake 24/7 - too good to be true !!!!

The room was big and comfy. Everything was there and clean. I did not hear a single time the neighbouring rooms. I am traveling often and the Hi Hotel has I think the best breakfast I have ever had... and gave me the chance to have a burrata and pana cotta for breakfast!

All of the property was exceptionally clean. When you enter downstairs there is a lovely sitting, the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the breakfast room on the 2nd floor. There is a lift. The furniture and decorations were a fabulous, eclectic mix of antiques. So much to admire. Pietro sent a video, making it very easy to access the keys and the property. Easy to walk to the train station, or the old city .
