Everything. Breakfast was so much better than the pictures showed. Nice pool we did not use and nice breakfast area. Rooms just as ordered. Connecting rooms. Extra bed was forgotten but they brought it even though it was after 10pm when we checked in. They made a mistake asking to pay the Bill but we already paid via booking and this was no problem to correct the Bill.

It was a very nice hotel in a nice and quiet part of town. It was a pleasant stay. The restaurants in the evening were also great. We didn't have a reservation, but they saw that we were from far away (Prague) and so they prepared a table for us within a few minutes.

Wonderful place to stay, staff helpful and very friendly. Food excellent, despite being only a mile away from Montecatini Termé centre we ate in the hotel restaurant most nights. The swimming pool was probably the b at in the area. The famous funicular railway up to Montecatini Alto was only a few hundred yards away and the view from up there were truly breathtaking.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, we had dinner and breakfast here, both were delicious with attentive staff and a varied menu. Location was perfect for walking to the train station, the town and many of the sights.
