Excellent breakfast, clean room and bathroom, Very good location if you want to visit surrounding places of interest (Ravenna, San Marino, Rimini, Bologna). Parking provided. We were really happy with this hotel and will gladly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely hotel . Last minute booking for us. Very helpful staff . We travel with our dogs . In the room was a dogs bed and water bowl . Which was a nice touch . The room service food we had was fantastic couldn’t praise it enough. Best ever and we travel a lot. We also had breakfast in the room. We prefer to eat in the room as it is so much easier when traveling with our dogs .

Small family-run, cozy hotel. Wonderful view from the window. Just cross the road to the beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants. Everything works until late at night. Good soundproofing in the room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Cleaned every day. The staff helps if you have any questions. About parking or where to eat. Cozy homely atmosphere. The staff is very open to communication. Easy and interesting communication.

Great location, not too far from the beach, city center also really close and all attractions are nearby. Apartment room was very spacious for one person and had all the facilities you need for long stay. Cleaning was done every Monday which is amazing and the Hotel also offers other benefits like free sparkling water fountain and discounts in local restaurants. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Hotel has private parking for a fee, but you can also park in the street for free(if there's space available). Would definitely come back in the future.

Location right on the canal where the museum boats are floating. Very beautiful area . Walking street with so much to see . Casa Dodici is a beautiful boutique style hotel that is impeccablely clean and decorated with some beautiful and unusual art pieces. We loved it and highly recommend.

The property itself initially appeared somewhat understated. Once we were installed, we were delighted with the hotel itself. What made the holiday however was the hotel staff - they were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast every morning was also a delight. Pool was great and beautiful private beach.
