Everything. The grounds were very lush and well kept, the facilities you needed were all there, and harmoniously blended with nature. The staff was very helpful, the shuttle they provided also helped a lot. I would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

This is our second stay and we will definitely return. Lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool area close to the city center and Piccola Marina beach. Clean and cosy room. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.

Second time booking. One of the nicest hotel designs I experienced during my travels. Exceptionally professional management. From breakfast all the way to the cocktail bar, the experience delivers every second what a brand this level should represent. Best located close to all must-visit sites. Villa Lysis and Jovis are within walking distance with a breathtaking view of Capri.

The entire stay was perfection. From the warm staff that exceeded our expectations in terms of service - always welcoming us with a friendly smile - to the beautiful hotel design and rooms. Staff were attentive and paid attention to detail with the night room service even preparing slippers and the beds. We were here for a celebration and the extra touches were so lovely and memorable. The spa is a must it is wonderful to relax and Clara was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of options from the Al a Carte menu to the beautiful buffet with local produce. The pool was the perfect spot to relax at and the terrace was great with the live music to enjoy sunset at. Concierge was helpful in organising day trips and even boat tickets back to the mainland. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.
