The location is perfect , and the staff was helpful they arranged all the details for us .amazing experiences. Highly rocomended, as we celebrate our anniversary , as a nice gift from capri Palace juimairah , they upgraded the room 😍

The hotel is absolutely beautiful – a charming villa in a garden, perfect for relaxing and doing nothing. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which we enjoyed in the evening. The location is also great: just a short walk to the center of Anacapri, the cable car, and also not far from the Blue Grotto. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful!

It's like living in a dream. Amazing hotel, staff and views. Not cheap, but worth every penny. The owner is there, taking care of the guests. We even got a double upgrade to the room, so thanks :)

Amazing staff! We were warmly welcomed, and picked up from bus stop. We got some super nice recommendations on what to do while on the Island, and we got some advice Via whatsapp when we faced difficulties during our time in the island. The room was comfortable and fit the three of us well. There was a small patio as well, which was nice to sit in! Breakfast was not super big variety, but we got a good start for the day from it none the less, it was perfect for us. Hotel was also not in the main street, so it was Calm and quiet, very relaxing athmosphere. A walking distance from everything!

The stay was brilliant that it is difficult to write a review that would do its justice. Amazing hosts that were very welcoming and trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Starting from offering refreshments upon arrival and explaining how to get around the Island and it's best sights to kindly providing the beach towels. Capri Inn has beautiful terrace with a great view and beach chairs free for the guests. As well as the terrace shower for a quick rinse. The room greets you with the stunning view of Marina Grande. The balcony has cozy table and two chairs that are perfect for breakfast or just to chill in the evening while enjoying the veiw. The locations is perfect as you are close to the main attractions, yet removed far enough from the noise. The bed and the bedding is perfect and you will sleep with a smile on your face while listening to the sea. The room also offers a mini bar with very generous prices. Loved every second of the stay.

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived in Capri. Staff was more than 5 stars! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Big thanks to you to Emanuel, Gaia, Mario and Gianpiero! Hotel is so so beautiful, interior, comfy bed, tasty breakfast and delicious drinks. People that are working there make this place very special! Everything you can ask for is just there! Do not search for any other hotels! It's 10 out of 10 !

My husband and I stayed one night at La Floridiana in Capri and it was absolute PARADISE. From the moment we walked in the door until we left, we were treated like royalty. We were there in April for just 1 night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Andrea greeted us when we arrived and we were welcomed with complimentary Aperol spritz’s and sandwiches on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. She sat down with us and gave us a detailed overview of the island and lots of great recommendations - so helpful and kind. She took us up to our room (standard garden view), but because it was low season, the hotel offered us a free upgrade with a balcony and sea view. It was such a nice treat after a couple busy days in Sorrento. Still pretty cold to use the pool, and the staff were working all around us to prepare for high season, but the amenities are beautiful and we would have loved to enjoy them in warmer weather. The room itself was big and bright with a beautiful balcony and a good working air conditioner. The Hotel Floridiana is just far enough away from the busy centre of Capri that it’s a nice escape from the tourists and crowds. We took a taxi up from the port (30 euro) because the line for the funicular was crazy long at the time we arrived. The hotel recommend we use luggage porters from the square to get to the hotel, but it wasn’t necessary (maybe in high season). The walk from the centre to the hotel is dreamlike - passing by storefronts including Dior, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Hermes, etc. Buffet breakfast included was a really nice touch. Lots of great options for a light Italian breakfast and EXCELLENT service. We seriously cannot say enough about the staff at La Floridiana. We loved it here and would definitely return in high season, April just wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the amenities. Thank you, Andrea!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The best location on the island, the view is stunning. The hospitality is 5 stars, both the reception staff and the bar and restaurant staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the food and cocktails are impeccable.
