Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. I was in awe of the view of the coast and the historic church which still played music and was worth a visit in itself. The staff were beyond helpful, to the point that they would help us cross the road when we left to go for a walk. Food was delicious and the spa experience was a relaxing end to our 2.5week holiday in Italy. Would love to visit here again. Additionally, I work in sustainability in Australia, this hotel impressed me with all the practices they had in place to ensure they were being environmentally friendly.

The Team at Luze were superb, by far our best hotel of our entire Eruope trip. We stayed in over 8 hotels in our 3 week Europe trip and Luze to me was the best. Due to the personal service and attention to detail they took in making sure we arrived safely. They did this by giving us tips on how to arrive safely and efficiently from Naples and then impressively met us at the Pier to pick us up and escort us to the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfecto. Thank you so much for the extra effort Vincenzo and the entire team showed. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Pasquale was super available and kind, keen to give us many recommendations for Ravello and surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable and the terrace had a breathtaking view of the coast and Minora! Bonus for the delicious breakfast which was served on our little terrace and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying there!

The most magical experience of our lives. By far the best luxury hotel we have stayed at. The service from all the staff were so incredible!! From the welcome bottle of champagne to the turn down services at night, I couldn’t fault a single thing!
