She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. One of the best hotels in Delhi! The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped (shampoo, hairdryer, towels, slippers, tea and coffee, fruit, TV, ironing board, cotton swabs, dentist kit, etc.). The SPA and fitness area and pool are huge and the bars and restaurants are simply fantastic. Plus, the entire hotel smells incredibly good.
