What an amazing stay we had at the Imperial! The staff were so kind and professional. They treated us like Royals! The hotel is simply stunning, the architecture and decoration are a must. I spent a whole hour strolling around the hotel and it was amazing. Everything is just woah! We got upgraded to a suite that was very spacious and so comfortable! The service is perfect, the staff really ensure that you are having the best stay. They are always happy to help you with any query you might have and they really made me feel at home. The gym is also great, the machines are brand new and there are many options. Bonus point for the cold towels available at the end of your workout! The swimming pool is also amazing, it is a little bubble of relaxation in the heart of busy Delhi. Looking forward to my next trip Delhi so that I can come back to the Imperial!

Location was excellent, breakfast as well. The staff are very welcoming. I want to thank specially Latika at Bonvoy desk for her kindness's. She was just amazing! Also I have to thank the door person who went all the way to repair our luggage without being asked.

Fantastic hotel!! I requested for an airport pickup service and it was on point . I arrived post midnight and my checkin was a quick breeze. I would say the manager was very well equipped and was available in the morning and assisted me in planning my trip ahead . I booked a local sightseen car with the hotel to assess their services and it was definitely safe and worth while . The driver Suresh was knowledgeable and I continued my Rajasthan expedition with him . I did a tour of Agra Jaipur Mandwa Jaisalmer Bikaner Udaipur Jodhpur and I even did tiger spotting at Ranthambore which was definitely one of the highlights of my trip . The camps organised by the travel manager were a really good experience and I even did a camel ride there which was good . Since everytbing was included everywhere I went it was a delightful and a stress free experience . Thanks Godwin for organising a safe trip for me ..

Great Experience at Hotel Krishna RCG, Paharganj The staff here are truly amazing. I had booked a Deluxe Room but arrived very late at around 3 AM. Despite that, they kindly gave me a Family Suite for the night — a much costlier room — but only charged me the Deluxe rate. Even better, they didn’t ask me to shift the next day, so I stayed in the suite the whole time. I really appreciate their generosity and warm service, especially the receptionists — very polite and helpful. Among all hotels I’ve stayed at in Paharganj, this one is the best. This was my second stay here, and I’ll surely come again.

The room is very spacious and clean, there is free filtered water, coffee and tea at the lobby, staff was super friendly and helpful and CS Pandey from the travel desk helped us with info about the city and transportation to Jaipur. We truly recommend this hotel!
