We were greeted with wreaths of flowers and a welcome gift awaited us in our room. The suite was very large and clean. After everything we had experienced in other cities in India, this hotel is a luxurious oasis of well-being. We had a good laugh when we even found a second toilet after an hour. That's how big the suite was! I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Kolkata.

The Hotel and All the Staff made us feel like at home. And cared for us very well...surpassing all expectations.The staff at the Restaurent( YA YA VAR), The housekeeping staff, the Front Desk staff...and everyone have cared for us, especially towards our twin daughters, and made every possible attempt to bring a smile into our toddler twins faces.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was all so kind and lovely. A huge thanks to Sanjib Ghosh from the concierge for helping us plan our stay and tours in advance, to Bimal Darnal and Suraj Thakur for their help throughout and to Kavitha Unni for making the best chicken alla cacciatora.
