Hospitality from the staff, especially Kajal, from the front desk. And the frontdesk team had a welcome ceremony where the lady put a red dot on my forehead (she asked me first, of course) and had a photo together. The breakfast buffet was also good and me and my colleague were given a 'see you soon' chocolate cupcake and again a photoshoot :). I like also the exectutive lounge where there were good spread of finger food with non-vegetarian and vegetarian food! Chicken tikka was the best! and the fresh fish finger. Room was spacious, with working table.

The place is apparently one of the best in the city. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!

It is safe and nice view of acres club from room window. Wide windows with lots of light. Quiet locality with no noise of roads or other disturbances. Decent size rooms with good toiletries, firm study table and internet The fish dishes at the hotel are good. It is extremely safe for women travellers. Non smokers pls opt for 3rd floor as it is non smoking rooms. Location of chembur is great to go to Bandra Kurla complex or suburbs. Additionally that particular area of Chembur is a very safe and residential area. Liked the glass water bottles with good drinking water
