we had the pleasure of dining in your renowned dining room (The Market), the pub located on the roof of the hotel and even the indoor pub on the 3rd floor. From the moment we entered we were greeted warmly and professionally by attentive staff.

Excellent staff and customer service. Excellent rooms, facilities and hotel cleanliness. Great food at the restaurants with plenty of choice. Good value for money. Nagesh cleaned our rooms to an excellent standard. Channa and his associates were always helpful and greeted us everyday with welcoming hospitality at the hotel entrance. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The Paranda and Pallete restaurants could accommodate our particular dietary requirements on request and the food was excellent.

Really magnificent hotel. Amazing attentive friendly helpful staff especially at the buffet breakfast and restaurant. Fantastic location. My room was beautiful with gorgeous views. Close to metro and new modern mall. Housekeeping staff were very very fast to attend and did perfect job.
