The ambience. The staffs are very humble & friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good , the food variety was nice & choosy. I am gluten intolerant, they gave me freshly baked gluten free bread.

Very courteous staff and helpful. We got an upgrade without asking for it and the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered room service as well and the service was really good . We appreciate the effort you take to make the guests feel comfortable. Thank you. We stayed for 4 nights. Proximity to metro station is a definite plus. Breakfast spread was good. Belgian whit beer on tap was good as well:
