United KingdomFrom the moment we arrived, it was like stepping into paradise. The reception area was so cool and welcoming and we were garlanded with flowers and given a refreshing cool towel and delicious drink. The staff were exceptionally good and accommodated our daughter at short notice.
Breakfast was a delight with such a variety on offer and excellent service. The covered terrace has a good breeze. The evening meal was good and bar very relaxing too.
The pool is a great place to relax surrounded by the stunning architecture of the building.
We all had treatments in the hotel which were excellent. This is a perfect place to stay in Pondicherry.
