This was an amazing surprise. We were immediately upgraded to a beautiful double room with a view to the ocean. The staff was kind and we were assisted with anything we needed immediately despite the size of the hotel. The meal spreads were spectacular -- some of the most variety I've ever seen and also tasty. Staff in the childrens' play room were kind and helpful. The location was perfect to get to stores (the lower floor is a mall), the boardwalk, and restaurants. We were thrilled and hope to return.

We had an incredible experience at the Royal Beach Eilat, which hosted our company during a recent conference. Even before our arrival, Yelena reached out to check if we had any special requests, and during our stay, both Sima and Yelena made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are amazing. The rooms are fabulous (also the regular rooms, not just the rooms connected to the pool), and all of them have a pool view, which is a nice added feature. The food for breakfast and the staff are also amazing. Really recommended!
