The most amazing Guinness bread, the most incredible hollandaise sauce, wonderful smiling and helpful people, great service. The shower was wonderful and especially the receptionist (from Argentina) was sweet, polite and helpful in getting us a room next to the elevator so my husband did not have to walk so far to our room.

The woman at the main desk identified our speaking french and ask us if we wanted our service in english or french (it happens she was a french speaker herself), which is very professional and considerate. We ordered room service, and the service was fast and the food delicious. The security guard at the entrance was polite and helpful, since the way to get to the main desk can be a little confusing. At our request, they ordered a taxi for the next morning so we could get to the airport in time. Great stay, even for one night. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast. Great, large room. Very clean hotel and professional staff. The hotel restaurant is superb. The Irish are very friendly. Best area of Dublin is Grafton street which is a short walk straight over the bridge. Guinness brewery is worth a visit. Kilmainham prison too and a walk from there to Phoenix Park (there’s a zoo there too).Shopping centre is behind the hotel. The hotel is in a very central area. Best trips out of Dublin - Wicklow mountains and a train trip to Howth.

This is a lovely boutique style hotel, with excellent attention to customer’s needs and comforts. Check in and parking were a breeze. The Breakfast was a real surprise! Very tasty, very good, delicious! The bed was very comfortable. Location was really good, everything is near, you can reach most tourist spots by foot. The stuff is really kind and polite. We couldn't charge our phones in our room so the receptionist kindly gave as suitable charger. Our room was on the inner side of the building so we didnt hear the noise from the street so we slept like babies. There is free tea and coffee in the room. Wifi was good.
