The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and tranquill. The property is very well kept, rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meals were delicious. We felt thouroughly spoiled.

I came there because I had to extend my VOA, which goes fast and easily at the Mataram immigration office. Beautiful place with a beach front, views on Bali and also a very nice swimming pool. Good rooms and excellent food. And also a very friendly and helpful staff.

We booked the Villa for 4 nights and we were lucky to get a Villa no 1 which was just beside the Pool. So it felt like a private pool :) . The property is exceptional just beside a small green mountain and was equiped with all the necessary things required for a family. We did cook food for couple of days and that libery was easy. The only thing missing was a washing machine and a restaurant. Special Shout out to a Manager of the property "NANA". She is very cheerfull and genuine. She is helpful at every aspect, be it booking a rental car, driver , guide or the places to visit etc. Over all the propery is like a dream resort.

Stayed for 3 nights at Puri Mas Boutique Resort. We were looking for a relaxed beach getaway, and this was the perfect place to do it. We had booked the private villa with a pool. - First off, the staff all over the property is super nice and courteous. We loved our interactions with them as they made our stay very comfortable. - Huge villa, really comfortable with lots of space for 2 people or a couple with 1-2 kids. - Bed is generally comfortable, but soft. If you have a backache, this could be an issue. - Strong shower pressure, with some toiletries provided. - There was a jacuzzi too, but we didn't use it. - Super nice pool, it's about 1.5m. - Nice outside poolside seating area where you can have lunch/dinner with a pantry (consisting of fridge and water cooler) - We got massages done at the resorts sister spa, which is a 5 minute ride away (transfer is provided). The massages were excellent and rejuvenating. - WiFi is overall quite good, but sporadically fails and logs you out. - We requested for a late checkout and they provided us with a smaller room at a nominal cost, which was very comfortable and convenient. - Location is great, close to the beach. 10 minutes drive from the nearest village which has a few eating options. Easy to book a Grab/Gojek to get around. Would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a retreat.

First off Anggar was extremely helpful prior to arrival. Had all in order for an easy stress free start to our visit I'm Lombok. All the staff are friendly and especially Icca who we see as our little Lombok daughter. Amazing service and welcoming. They went above beyond expectations. Healthy food and beverages and healthy living promoted. Pool villas are comfortable and nice. We were hesitant from bad reviews but really all it is is their elevator broke and they are building a new one. Not many stairs at all don't let it out you off. The place is great and the people are better. A few extra stairs never hurt anybody. Covid affected every one and they are doing great keeping it open.

Very spacious, clean, well thought out. The space was beautiful and felt really homely. The privacy of the environment was also wonderful. The staff were all perfect in accommodating questions, needs, helping at all times to find what we needed they also gave us personal recommendations for tours which we did, better priced than others and we had an incredible time. Definitely ask them about snorkelling with the turtles! We would definitely stay with them again!!! They also have bikes that you can rent per day which was just a highlight of the stay too as meant we could bicycle around the island easily. I also left an important piece of jewellery at the villa.and left the island. They kindly located it and their communication and kindness in getting the item.on a fast boat to me in Bali and their work to help me resolve that was just above and beyond. I really recommend you staying here. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much everyone at Samalala villas

I cannot say enough good words of this property! Out of all the places we travelled to and all other glamping sites, this was by far our best stay. Deserves 5 stars if you ask me. This was another level. You will not go wrong if you book it. Even those skeptical to glamping will not dislike it as it is super comfy. Let me list just some of the incredible stuff: - beautiful luscious garden that turns magical at night - away from the crowd but still close enough to everything, it takes you 15 mins on the bike to get pretty much anywhere - couple of minutes walk from the beach and Rabbit Jump beach club - their bikes are weirdly easy to ride around, do rent it there - mosquito net in the tent as well as fan and an a/c (although we didn't need it) - sound silly but it is super useful that they put a whole massive water bottle in the bathroom - great shower, super clean, they provide beach towels - it is the overall attention to detail - breakfast is yummy and they will accommodate early one if you are having a trip to go to - they can help you have your laundry done today for tomorrow Now the people: - everyone has been above and beyond kind, attentive and helpful - I want to complement Maliki in particular. He advised on all the best spots, helped us book a boat to our next destination and the snorkeling trip as well. He really made sure we are well taken care of and dedicated time to walk us through the map. - Shout out also to all the boys in the kitchen and at the bar, they were lovely.
