Good location in Sanur. Near the beach, next to new ICON Bali shopping mall. Liked the pool area, the suite with open bathroom. Felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. Very clean, no odd smells and mold in the room. Good room service. No breakfast in the property, provided in the neighboring restaurant (ok). Recommended if in Sanur.

We really like its incredible atmosphere and privacy that Klumpu Bali Resort offers. Staff was always very polite and helpful in every way. The Villa was very clean, spacious and cleaned twice a day. Pool area was also beatiful and great. A complimentary afternoon tea with the dessert was veeeery nice as well as afternoon's sweet surprise in the room :) Breakfast could be ordered to the terrase via whatsup which was really comfortable. Location is really good - close to restaurants, car/motorbike rent, shops and beach as well. Everything was just few steps away. Everything and everyone there was perfect. Thank you for an exceptional stay, for us it was just top experience. It is a piece of paradise!

Just a great hotel. It is a quite big complex, multiple pools of which were all nice and clean. Pool bar with great staff interested in what you have done while in Bali. There is a spa with skilled people doing great massages on additional cost. If you like to have a moderately luxury stay while in Bali, I recommend going here. The restaurant is great and their Patisserie is just amazing and reminds you of western food.

The room was fantastic. You can rarely find such a stunning room at this price. The breakfast was beyond imagination. You could eat many local dishes as well as western and international dishes. The pool and the easy river were fantastic. The staff was very helpful, informative and ready to make our stay unforgettable. The restaurant of the hotel, Pier 8, was on the beach and had plenty delicious meal options.
