I spent several wonderful days at this beautiful resort, and everything exceeded my expectations — from the cleanliness and privacy to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. I would like to sincerely thank all the resort staff for their professionalism and warm hospitality, especially Hilman for his kindness and helpful attitude, and Dede, the manager, for his outstanding support. I also had an issue that was completely unrelated to the resort, yet Mr. Dede went above and beyond to help me resolve it in a very professional and efficient way. This truly reflects how much they care about their guests. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.

We had travelled as a couple for work and leisure. I was attending a conference at the nusa dua convention centre, so it was a no brainer to book Kayumanis Nusa Dua which was just a 5 minute walk away. I was very pleasantly surprised by the one bedroom villa with a private pool, and how great the service was in Kayumanis. Every member of the staff was available to assist us without being intrusive. The villa was in a beautiful Balinese style, just the way I liked it. The pool had fresh water and was very well maintained. The housekeeping staff cleans the villa twice a day and we felt so pampered. Food during the unlimited time breakfast was fantastic, as was the complimentary afternoon tea which offered different items everyday we were there! Loved this villa so much, so we will definitely be back soon!

Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful! We could strongly sense their passion in working in The Bale, and we are so much welcomed! The team led by Alain the general manager is excellent, I can’t even fully described how satisfied we were while staying there. Many thanks to Juna, Purwa and Bayu who made our trip a wonderful one. A very unique hotel with history, architecture and statutes characteristic of Indonesia, and yet with great comfort. I wish more global hotels take inspiration to bring authenticity.
