in no order of particular priority: the abundant lush nature, the most attentive staff I have ever met in my 30plus years of 5 star hotels worldwide, a cuisine which was superbe, Spectacular infinity pools were just a few points that had us like “this is almost too good to be true”. but what truly knocked us off our feet was the warmth and heartfelt attitude of literally everyone working at the premise which made us feel like family and not paying customers. Being a managing director myself of a larger company I can clearly see everything that needs to come together to provide such a service and am truly impressed by everyone - from the manager (unfortunately i cannot recall her name but she was present whenever needed), to the waiters (hello Tuti and Sindi, you were simply amazing), to our tour guide Apri who showed us the beauty of the waterfalls nearby, to the front desk team that managed to find a doctor for us when needed after 9 p.m and also help us resolve to pay the bill while we had no cash… I am sure you get my point: this place is a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best!
