Very spacious, clean, well thought out. The space was beautiful and felt really homely. The privacy of the environment was also wonderful. The staff were all perfect in accommodating questions, needs, helping at all times to find what we needed they also gave us personal recommendations for tours which we did, better priced than others and we had an incredible time. Definitely ask them about snorkelling with the turtles! We would definitely stay with them again!!! They also have bikes that you can rent per day which was just a highlight of the stay too as meant we could bicycle around the island easily. I also left an important piece of jewellery at the villa.and left the island. They kindly located it and their communication and kindness in getting the item.on a fast boat to me in Bali and their work to help me resolve that was just above and beyond. I really recommend you staying here. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much everyone at Samalala villas

I cannot say enough good words of this property! Out of all the places we travelled to and all other glamping sites, this was by far our best stay. Deserves 5 stars if you ask me. This was another level. You will not go wrong if you book it. Even those skeptical to glamping will not dislike it as it is super comfy. Let me list just some of the incredible stuff: - beautiful luscious garden that turns magical at night - away from the crowd but still close enough to everything, it takes you 15 mins on the bike to get pretty much anywhere - couple of minutes walk from the beach and Rabbit Jump beach club - their bikes are weirdly easy to ride around, do rent it there - mosquito net in the tent as well as fan and an a/c (although we didn't need it) - sound silly but it is super useful that they put a whole massive water bottle in the bathroom - great shower, super clean, they provide beach towels - it is the overall attention to detail - breakfast is yummy and they will accommodate early one if you are having a trip to go to - they can help you have your laundry done today for tomorrow Now the people: - everyone has been above and beyond kind, attentive and helpful - I want to complement Maliki in particular. He advised on all the best spots, helped us book a boat to our next destination and the snorkeling trip as well. He really made sure we are well taken care of and dedicated time to walk us through the map. - Shout out also to all the boys in the kitchen and at the bar, they were lovely.

It really felt as comfortable as my own home🥰 All the staff were so kind, like family. I was especially impressed by how thoughtfully they took care of everything. The place isn’t overly modern, which actually made it easier to feel the true charm of Gili. You can see some signs of age in the floor tiles, sofa, and sink. My friends and I didn’t mind at all, but if you’re expecting hotel-like spotless facilities, you might feel differently. The pool wasn’t huge, but at about 2 meters deep, it was more than enough for the four of us to enjoy. Our 2-bedroom villa was right in front of the reception, which felt both convenient and safe. Although the staff go home late at night, we could lock the front gate with a padlock, so it still felt secure. Taking a shower in the open-roof bathroom while looking up at the sky and flowers was also such a nice experience! The location was also great — just about a 15-minute walk from the harbor. And the breakfast was really tasty too! You can hear the call to prayer from the mosque quite clearly at the villa, but since we were so tired after having fun all day, we slept deeply and it didn’t bother us at night. I think I’ll probably stay at Joglo again on my next trip.😘

the family room we had a really big and spacious and extremely clean. The staff were all lovely. We enjoyed the pool and overall we had a great stay here. Extremely good value for money. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and tranquill. The property is very well kept, rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meals were delicious. We felt thouroughly spoiled.

I came there because I had to extend my VOA, which goes fast and easily at the Mataram immigration office. Beautiful place with a beach front, views on Bali and also a very nice swimming pool. Good rooms and excellent food. And also a very friendly and helpful staff.
