Decoration of place is quite unique. Staff is more than pleasant, and every segment of spa is working. Regarding temperature of water in pool - is fine (not too cold as the previous reviews would make you believe) .

The staff (receptionists, Zalán - the bell boy, the restaurant staff, the masseuse, the ladies at the café) were all super kind, polite and professionals. When I checked in, I asked for some information about the massage. The receptionist remembered my request and introduced the masseuse to me while I was at the café. In the evening, he still remembered my room number when we went to have dinner - exceptionally professional! The room was clean and comfortable, the spa was enjoyable and super clean! There are restaurants around the hotel, the town centre is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was amazing, we could choose from a big variety of dishes, and the coffee was amazing! We went there by car; the hotel has its own big car park, it's safe and only the hotel guests have access to it by using a card which opens the gate. There are different facilities for small children, the best is the bouncy inflatable castle. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travellers too.

Very nice place to stay.Close to the lake and restaurants.Breakfast were tasty and staff very kind.If chance we will return for sure.
