Amazing, spacious villa with incredible views. Sunsets were beautiful from our huge balcony. Jelena & Vladimir, the hosts, are lovely. Upon our arrival, they walked us through the villa & then with a town map, they pointed out local restaurants & highlights. We were given a large bottle of cold water & a wonderful, fresh bowl of many fruits. 10 minute drive to "old town" & 20 minute walk to beach & close to markets & restaurants.

Excelent location, wright in the old town. Great parking for the car. Great staff, that are welcoming. Thanks for the curly hair blonde girl from the reception. She was helpful and the check-in and check- out process was quick. The rooms are nice with everything you might need. Great cosmetics in the bathroom. The rooms are similar to Marriott and Hilton hotels. It is not a cheap hotel but it is worth its money. You get value for your money!

Perfect location inside the old town next to the sea, which is a good starting point to every place of interest you would like to visit in Zadar. The room is quite clean and I extremely like the style of the room. People there are also super nice! They prepared a map for me and showed me everything that I need to know as a tourist. There is a small intermezzo. On the second day we checked out and went to the Plitvice park. They found that some of our stuff was left in our room. They contacted us and helped us get it back. We are quite grateful for their help (since there are some very important things, like keys). Again I would like to thank them for the arrangement. In the future if I am going to visit Zadar again, I would definitely book this hotel again, as well.

The room was immaculate and a very good size. The bathroom was also large. It was very quiet and a short walk to the beach area of Zadar and the old city. Check in and check out was flawless and easy. The woman who checked us in gave us a map and helpful hints on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay.
