Very nice place for vacation.Cozy clean rooms with everthing you need.The hotel is on the second line .The private beach is 100-150 metres from the hotel,but it not problem -transfer car from reseption to beach and return takes 1 minute.The beach is nice and quite with its small restaurant and possibility to rent kayak,sup and other equipment for water activities. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel with nice food but high prices The area near the hotel is very quiet ,just 30 metres to shop.The nearest restaurant is 100metres from hotel ,other two in distance more then 1km.

The setting was amazing. The breakfast was lovely, and again in a lovely setting. The room was clean, Comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful. Close to Novigrad town itself.

Friendly welcome, really.helpful staff, great location. Lovely breakfast and effective air conditioning. Perfect base for exploring Novigrad. I'm sure that on Booking.com it said that it was only possible to check in up to a certain time. That might be true "off season" but in mid-June it was no problem that we arrived after 20:00.

Just 200 metres from the beach, the family-run Residence Villa Karda is a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Poreč.

Delicious breakfast (pancakes with strawberries were perfect), whole residence was very clean - cleaned every day, owners very friendly and always smiling. Location was very convenient (parking in front of residence, 5-10 minutes by feet to the center or to the beach. The terase on the roof was very nice and sunny. Thank you :-)

I went there for 1 night for a birthday treat for my partner. 1st everything was very easy. We parked off site and had a shuttle take and from hotel. We got dropped off in front of hotel. The lobby was nice and staff friendly and helpful. I i asked for help to surprise my partner at breakfast and they brought a little cake and procesco. The ferry shuttle to the beach was super easy and fun. Everything was easy and great location and beautiful amenities. Bed comfortable and shower good

Great hotel in the Porec Old Town! Friendly and helpful staff, extremely good breakfast offer, very good restaurant, great location, no problem with the parking (parking space outside of Old Town, but shuttle bus offer covers it and is really comfortable). 100% recommended!
