If I could give it an 11, I would. The first meeting with the owner, when he moved his car for me, to park mine on a Sunday during peak traffic, indicated a good holiday. And so it turned out. The hosts Tomo and Maggie were always available and accommodated every request. The apartment is modernly furnished and has everything one needs for a comfortable vacation. The terrace itself is literally incredible. The location of the apartment is in the very center of Grebaštica, which is a very quiet place suitable for relaxation. Within a radius of 200 meters there is a shop, taverns, bars, beach,... We could find any type of beach within a 5-minute walk, and if we were too lazy, there was a pool on the roof with an incredible view. The hosts also own a restaurant on the ground floor, where my wife and I ate a couple of times and were, in short, impressed... from the service to the taste of the food (the best fried calamari in our life). I will definitely come back again.

This is your perfect spot on Adriatic Coast for a more quiet vacation with beach right down the stairs, incredible view, modern comfortable villa and restaurants and stores in walking distance. Just want to start by saying this a rare find. I researched for 3 days lots of properties including hotels, villas, apartments and when I saw this booking I knew exactly I am going for it. Host Snezhana was very nice, friendly and attentive. She met us late in the evening upon arrival and early in the morning on departure :) We received an amazing present at our mom's bday it was a delicious homemade apple strudel (even we didn't even mention about bday: ) so it was a big surprise :) and upon departure we received a nice bottle of red wine! The property is modern, neat and clean, the private beach is right down the stairs. The view is incredible. Overall this is an amazing option for a more quiet vacation in a beautiful spot of serenity away from crowds and noise. Exactly what I was looking for. The restaurants and stores are walking (15 min) or driving (5 min) distance. For restaurants I recommend Oliveo we dined there twice. We drove, there's parking available. The property exceeded our expectations, Highly recommend! Thanks Snezhana:)

Marjia has been incredible with her guests, taking care of everything. The resort is amasing and really well decorated, with excellent materials, lits of activities to please both adults (czlm areas) and children.

Only 8 km away from Krka National Park, each of these apartments has a private balcony or terrace. The nearest beach is 6 km away and Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Contact with the hotel through Booking.com was excellent. The room was very clean and the people from the reception were VERY VERY friendly. After checking out, I was able to leave the car in the parking and go to the nearby beach. It was was very kind of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and quality of the room also. In my opinion such friendly behavior from a hotel proves that they care more about guest satisfaction than money. Overall rating from my side: 11/10 I could stay one hour longer than it was metioned in the policy of the hotel without any additional costs.

We had a large room with a fantastic sea view and a lovely private balcony, very comfortable bed with Good quality bed linen & towels. There is a nicely secluded garden with loungers & sun umbrellas and the crystal clear sea is right by the hotel. We enjoyed a very good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly.
