The location of this property couldn't have been more perfect. It was spotless on our arrival and the communication from Ivana and Danijela was superb from booking through to advice given during our stay. My wife was unfortunately illour stay so having such a nice property to recuperate in was fantastic.

Location is very handy, room very tidy etc, we only stayed one night in Omis - very handy to have a parking space reserved for us, plenty to do in the area - we went on a boat trip and walked the mountain to the lookout and then did the watch tower, wish we'd had time to do the zipline through the trees - stopped off on our way back to the airport, such a lovely town

The staff was very friendly and our room just amazing. The hotel is placed behind a calm beach place at the sea and we often went for a swim before breakfast. The breakfast was tidy with lots of wonderful options. I would 100 % book again at Hotel Lipa and can only recommend this place.

First morning we had to choose from eggs (scrambled, ham and eggs etc), sausage, hot dogs, toast and have additional buffet breckfast, vegetables, jam, cerals, bakery, pastries, fruit and cold buffet. Next day we had buffet breakfast. The location is exeptionel, right in the city center, whit shops, restaurants. It was quiet in April.

The beach is not sandy but amazing! If you book a sea-view room, the view is amazing! The view is also perfect from the terrace! The breakfast is excellent! All the staff made the stay perfect, and Iriana and Kamilla's performances were extraordinary! Worth staying here again, definitely!
