We had the apartment on the top floor. The equipment was very comfortable and we liked it. There is nothing missing and also the check-in was fast and uncomplicated. The location is right in the center of the old town.

To begin with the hotel has a modern design. Very easy to navigate the interior of the building. It has some fantastic vies over the sea. The staff are very helpful and genuinely caring. The food at both breakfast time and dinner times is very good and of such a variety that someone with dietary preferences can find something suitable. The closeness to the old town is really a plus over the other pluses. It’s too bad that the weather did not permit experiencing the beach in this property. My room was a spacious sea facing room and the bathroom was equally spacious. I can’t single out any one staff member in particular. Every one I interacted with were very friendly.

Best breakfast I had. Period. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had a complimentary Prosecco in our room when they learnt that we were celebrating our anniversary. I enjoyed watching sunset from my window with Red Keep by the Ardriatic sea. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Perfect.

We loved the delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning at the time we chose. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s old town. The staff were outstanding: they met us at the gates to help with our bags, guided us to the hotel and our room, and did the same at the end of our stay. They were always ready with recommendations, restaurant bookings, and local tips—nothing was ever too much trouble.

Compact apartment yet has everything you need: good bathroom with basic body cleanser, plenty of towels, hairdryer; kitchenette to manage small meals if desired; comfortable king sized bed. Spotlessly clean. Excellent air conditioning. Check-in is completely possible via WhatsApp, and the company has an office close by where you can go in person during business hours, and staff are so helpful. Voucher for decent breakfast at a nearby cafe. Quiet even though so close to many restaurants.
