Heh. I would keep such a finding in secret, but have to be honest and appreciate the owner efforts. It is too good, too cozy, too lovely. Decorating of the apartment and the building in general are amazing. Balcony view is better than pictures, beds and lining are good. We would stay there more but had other travel plans already pre-booked... Would return again if price remains reasonable. Thanks for hosts for such experience

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, who helped make our girls' trip so wonderful. We all agreed we would have been happy to stay there again if we were travelling solo, because we knew the staff would look after us. Fab location on the beach with crystal clear water for swimming. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. We wandered along the promenade to try other places but the hotel restaurant surpassed all of them. The restaurant team were also more than willing to adapt to dietary requests (vegetarian, allergies etc.), and were amused by, but very accommodating of, our requests for things like "steak salad but without the steak" and "scallop risotto but without the scallops, please". My room and balcony were very generously sized, with a proper desk for working at, and plenty of towels and beach towels provided. Both the room and the restaurant were excellent value for money.

This is a wonderful apartment! It's big, clean, and spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for our family of four. We loved the ground-floor outdoor area for our morning coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the host was incredibly nice, even providing some welcoming gifts. The only thing to note is the distance to the beach if you have small children. Everything else was perfect!

Located in the historic centre of Makarska, Apartments Marhela Jakov is only steps away from the Main Square, St. Marc Cathedral and various bars and restaurants.

Perfectly equipped apartment, nothing is missing. Air conditioning, beautiful view , large terase and the beach is one street away. Every apartment has a separate parking area, which is perfect.
