It was our second stay at "Hotel Vila Vera" and we can totally recommend this hotel! Everything you need - lift, private parking, clean and good maintained indoor swimming pool and very kind staff and owner. The hotel is situated in a park. It is very close to the beach and to many restaurants and the Old Town. All rooms have private terraces and sea side view. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The food and wine in the restaurant - fantastic! But the best about our stay was the owner, who very much cared about her guests. We were made to feel very welcome. We really felt at home. Thank you for the nice experience! We hope we'll stay here again!

Great breakfast, very friendly staff and central location.

Amazing old palace hotel freshly refurbished right on the edge of the sea. It has some splendor in it and you feel like you are travelling back a century ago. Very helpful and nice staff, the free upgrade of accomodation was very appreciated. Very good and generous breakfast on the terrace and great leisure facilities with a private beach accessible directly from the hotel, a pool and transats to chill under the majestic trees in the garden.

We walked in without booking and the check-in was easy. I booked through Booking.com at the time of check in, got much better rate.

Excellent location. The room was great, also the bar was awesome, with live music shows, it was really pleasant.

My stay at Botel Marina was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience – I can't recommend it enough to anyone visiting Rijeka! First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of things yet offering a peaceful retreat on the water. While the boat itself is older, it's been charming and lovingly renovated, creating a truly special and inviting atmosphere. My cabin was admittedly miniature, but incredibly well-designed and cozy. It felt more like a cosy boutique hotel room than a boat cabin, which was a pleasant surprise! For me, cleanliness is paramount, and they truly exceeded expectations here. The room was spotless, the bedding fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean – white, mold-free, and no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus and often hard to find. The small porthole windows let in plenty of natural light, adding to the lovely ambiance. I was genuinely surprised by the thoughtfulness of the room amenities. There was a TV, a kettle with tea, coffee, and even a little biscuit – small but significant touches that really make a difference and make you feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding! Fresh, with a wide variety of choices, including excellent vegan and gluten-free options. This attention to dietary needs is commendable and shows a real care for their guests. A special shout-out also goes to the staff and the parking arrangements. I had reserved parking in advance, and upon arrival, a staff member was actually waiting outside to guide me and ensure I parked smoothly in the marina. Even though the parking is outdoor and uncovered, I felt my car was perfectly safe. Overall, Botel Marina offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort, with a fantastic location and invaluable attention to detail. If you're looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Rijeka, look no further – this is it!
