From the very first moment I reached out to make my reservation, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Mr. Joško, the Front Office Agent. What amazed me was that he not only remembered my last name but also treated me like a valued guest from the start. His genuine friendliness and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Mr. Joško's personalized assistance and unwavering dedication are truly commendable, and his presence has become an integral part of my experience at this magnificent resort. During my stay, I was delighted to encounter a team of young and ambitious individuals working at the FO and in the F&B dpts. It was refreshing to see their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for each guest. Additionally, I must mention the extraordinary Concierge team, led by the lovely Mrs. Enisa, "The Golden Keys Lady". The attention to detail, even in the smallest aspects, is evident, showcasing the dedication of the management team to ensuring an unforgettable experience for each and every guest. In conclusion, I highly recommend Sun Gardens to anyone seeking an unforgettable and indulgent getaway. Great staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Breakfast was nice, breakfast staff very kind. They have a luggage room, and we were allowed to relax by the pool after check out to wait for the ferry. Many restaurants and shops nearby, ferry and bus terminal a few minutes away.

The hotel was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We were there only for 2 nights but I regretted we didn’t plan to stay for a week or so. I booked the hotel with no expectations really and didn’t know it was an entire resort. Everything was amazing. You have few private beaches with sun beds and umbrellas that you can use free of charge. The sea by the hotel is perfect for snorkeling, you can go very deep 10m or so very fast but at the same time there is always rocks around to rest on. And there is plenty of fish in the sea :) I usually hate breakfasts at the hotels and I am very skeptical towards them, but here the breakfast was amazing with good quality products and free Prosecco available for grabs with your breakfasts. I guess that is because it’s a complex of hotels and one of them is 5* so you get the 5* treatments in the 4* hotel. Only a plus! There is a couple of restaurants and bars in the resorts plus few swimming pools, so you can really never leave the resort if you are looking for a perfect relaxing holidays. In the beginning I had a problem with the view from my room so our room got changed for the second night for one with a view I could like better :) good style! It was truly one of the best hotels I have ever been to!

It’s location - quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots, and yet only a convenient bus ride away, the bus stop is literally outside the door. Always an abundance of staff to deal with your needs and answer any questions you may have & the 24h reception, great as we had a late flight.

Room lovely with great attention to details e.g comfortable bed, sofa and Rituals shower products! Properitors very friendly and also run a Bib Gourmand restaurant next door. Restaurant similarly excellent and ate there twice! We had a great time, would recommend for anyone staying in Dunbrovnik.

Ines was amazing. She arranged a transfer from thr airport and waited for us at the entrance to the old town to walk us to the apartment. Gave us great advice where to eat and what to do. Location was exceptional, with not many stairs to reach the apartment. Apartment was super clean and comfortable with beautiful authentic decor. Even sofa bed was big and very comfortable. There was coffee, tea and cedevita that was refilled the next day. There was also a daily cleaning service, which we did not except, since we only stayed for two nights. Since we had a late flight we were able to store the luggage until our transport to the aiport. The apartment was well equped with everything you need for your stay. Ines, thank you again for everything.

Firstly the staff were so lovely. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome. The hotel is stunningly furnished, exclusive but not formal and spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and the choice is amazing and all the food is of the highest quality. The swimming pool is gorgeous with the most comfy sun beds I have ever used.
