Perfect for families! Kids loved the beach.

The area is close to the sea but not in the center of Tsilivi. It's more quiet and perfect location to relax. The view was to die for. We loved the sunrise view from our balcony. There was plenty space for parking the car. The room was clean and minimal, which we loved. All the staff (reception, service, owner) were very friendly and gave us great tips and recommendations for food drinks and all the best beaches and spots on the island. The pool was very clean and the whole place was surrounded by olive trees. It creates a secure and relaxed area. We didn't swim in the pool because we went to all the beaches the hotel owner recommended to us, but we will definitely try it next time. Would come back 100%.

I loved the architecture, the fact that all their buildings were covered with lots of green plants. I loved their beautiful large pools with perfect blue water. I was impressed by the nice combination of materials they used in their buildings and decorations. Contessina Hotel looks good from any angle, and that is why you will find here a lot of influencers. I also liked the staff, especially I want to send a bit thanks to Vasilis ( the front office manager) and to Christina (the receptionist), they were welcoming and attentive to us, they pampered us and thanks to them we had an unforgettable vacation. I liked our room with private garden and pool. We settled in room 414 with garden and private pool. The room impressed us from the first sight: it was very spacious, it looks more like an apartment. The matrimonial bed was very large and really comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable, the shower had fresh water and had a strong jet (a rarity in Zakynthos). The furniture and decorations were new and modern. The TV was big and had many programs. The second room had two sofas that could be also used as beds and a table where you can have a snack. The terrace by the pool had another table with two chairs, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. The pool was beautiful, very clean and inviting. We took a lot of pictures and movies in the pool. The garden had a double sofa with a table and two deckchairs where we could enjoy the sun all day long and look at the star during the night. There was also a large sun umbrella that can be opened whenever needed. Behind our garden there was a nice playground for kids with a mini cinema. We watched some movies there and had lots of fun. We also had access at Contessina Suites where we loved the Spa and the bar close to the swimming pools. The beach was very close tp us, we were going to MAKAI bar very often.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the breakfast offers good and healthy food. The kitchen service is efficient, delicious greek cuisine and a very good price.

Amazing hotel, beautiful pool area and great facilities, what made the hotel stand out the most was how great the staff were, who went above and beyond to help us get the most from our stay. We were denied on our flight for not submitting our boarding passes on time TUI so we returned to the hotel unsure whether we would be allowed to wait around uncharged until a flight we rebooked for later that day, they welcomed us back with opened arms which really meant so much. And allowed us to continue using there facilities. Would always stay here again :)

Lovely place, clean and beautifully decorated rooms, everything is there, the rooms have a balcony with a stunning view, a large and beautiful clean pool, a crazy beach, Nicholas and the staff are great, they made sure we had a perfect stay, looking forward to coming back again

Everything was perfect. The best place to stay in the Island. Very quiet with a beautiful view.
