From the doorman’s to the receptionist’s, all the employees are very friendly, always smiling. Very helpful. Good breakfast buffet. We used spa to within massage, it was ok. Stella from the guest relations l guess she helped a lot about the attractions, thanks to u we got to see Salvador Dali’s cybernetics experience. Kids loved it. By chance, I have booked and stayed at this property twice. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The location is great for walking around and exploring Thessaloniki! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, albeit very basic.

Spacious rooms, clean and tidy, excellent customer service, the people there were nice, friendly, very kind and professional.
