I travel A LOT all over the world and I haven’t had this level of service in any 4-star hotel ever. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and all hotel areas were flawlessly clean. The traditional, carefully curated decoration of the hotel is something we will remember. They even offered us a cute little bed for our doggie and treats for us and for our dog upon arrival. If you go to Patra for any reason, this is the place. Don’t go anywhere else. You thought this was all? Not really … they even had a menu for pillows!!! As if the comfy bed and their excellent, default pillows were not enough. Lovely breakfast buffet with a combination of English and Greek breakfast too!

Great location a stone’s throw from the pedestrian walking district / shopping area right in the town centre. Helpful staff who checked me in ushered me to the lift too, in the good old fashion way. This gesture alone is five stars. Other hotels do not show this courtesy anymore. And, it came with a breakfast. GV!
