The staff were exceptional. Friendly and supportive. They couldn’t do enough for you. The location of the hotel and the hotel itself was fabulous. The room was very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Extremely comfortable bed. We will be back.

Perfect location, delicious breakfast with many options, extraordinary friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and very clean room, nice bathroom. The hotel is in the centre, but the room was very quiet due to soundproof windows. We would choose this hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful with wonderful staff, particularly Marianna. The provided body wash smelt lovely and the room was nice and comfortable with the breakfast also being delicious.

I was very happy with my stay at Naxos Palace Hotel. The breakfast is well furnished and the complexe is very nice. The water is not drinkable in th bedrooms but there is places where you can fill up your bottle in the main areas. The staff was very friendly. The beach is not far with a car. There is also a public bus who can take you to Chora.

The location is great. It’s near the port and old town, you find shops, markets, and restaurants nearby. The owner is very kind and helpful. A cleaner comes everyday to clean so you come back with a clean room after a long day.
