Our stay at Kastelli was just perfect. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, in a great location, with great facilities. We were welcomed upon arrival, given a complimentary drink and then a short tour of the property. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite and we had spectacular views of the sunrise. The main pool was beautiful but there are also several smaller quite pools dotted around the property. Breakfast was great, lunch and drinks were great and all reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Location wise you cannot go wrong, you can exit the proprty from the rear and walk 2 mins along a well lit footpath that is perfectly safe to reach shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Don't stay anywhere else in Kamari, this property is wonderful.

The hotel turned out to be even nicer than it looked in the Booking photos. We stayed in what seemed to be a newer part of the property – the rooms there were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was great to have several pool areas with comfortable sunbeds to relax on. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the promenade with a beach, plenty of restaurants, and shops. The service was excellent – the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities are excellent the staff are excellent and the Location excellent. A short wander to the beach, cafes and shops and located at the base of the road up to Ancient Thera which we walked every evening. Your own little piece of paradise where you can choose to sit pool side all day or use it as a base to explore local and island treasures.

The hotel was in a perfect location only a 6 minute walk to the sea front where there were lots of restaurants and bars. If you went a bit back from the front there were also lots of restaurants we didn’t have time to visit them all. Breakfast was lovely 😋 it was the same every day but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t over indulge. The lady at breakfast was very pleasant always said good morning. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely 😁 Our room was lovely we had room 204 which over looked the pool, the shower was really good to which is always a bonus. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels every day to and we were also provided with towels for the pool which could be changed as and when you wanted. The pool area was really nice to lovely and clean and the bar was open from 11am until 6pm you could also have lunch there the menu was really nice to. The sunbeds were all big double ones and very comfortable. The pool was lovely but a bit cold but once you were in it was fine there were also big bean bags that you could lie on in the pool never seen them before but great 😁 Anna on reception was amazing 🤩 what a lovely lady, she greeted us every morning with a smile and a good morning and always asked how we were which was so nice, she also sorted out taxis for us and meal reservations and got us the best table as one meal was my birthday 🎂 Nothing was to much trouble for her 😁 she gave us a couple of maps one of the island and one for the resort she told us the best place to go and best restaurant to eat to and none of it let us down. Thankyou Anna you were just brilliant 🤩 Hope to see you next year 😁 Also Veronica was on reception in the afternoon/ evening and was also such a pleasant young lady. She also helped us if we needed it. So overall we had a wonderful stay at 28 Hotel 😁😁

This was a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. I had an outdoor tub that was cleaned every day, as was my self-contained room. The staff were really good and allowed to have a spa day a few days later as I had a late flight and this hotel was closer to the airport. I had a relaxed day by th pool after the full body massage and sauna.

The view from the hotel was superb! All facilities were great. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food was very nice as well. Room was very spacious with beautiful view of Caldera. Jacuzzi in the balcony was great. All in all an excellent experience!
