My stay at this beautiful boutique hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff is both professional and warm-hearted, with special thanks to Thomas and George for their always helpful smiles. The bar staff was welcoming, and housekeeping took meticulous care of my room. The pool area provides a peaceful retreat, and the hotel’s prime location by the beach includes a section with plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and bar service. You can enjoy the clear sea and tranquil pebble beach. The room and suite were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The promenade nearby offers many shops, bars, restaurants, and car rental services, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

Everything, incredible, we were suite with jacuzzi 123, perfect and great views. They heat you jacuzzi water if you want. It is magnificent and in October very quiet pools, bar and breakfast. The food is delicious. The lovely staff, they washed 3 clothes for free and early check in and late check out for free too.

What was not to like about this property. Immaculately clean inside and out, rooms were large with seating/lounge area. Pool although a little chilly (at the time we stayed) was beautiful. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, always making sure we were happy. Great breakfast served as buffet with so many choices. Close to beach, shops and local transport. A real gem 10/10.

Breakfast was rich and delicious. The five-course à la carte dinner was simply amazing—portions were generous and incredibly tasty. A gifted young chef who truly elevates the dining experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our family’s special thanks go to Ariela, who is a true gem—always present, exceptionally attentive and caring. She won the heart of our 5-year-old daughter. The pool was spotless, with a great section for kids to enjoy safely. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the sea, cafés, and shops, everything within easy reach

It’s a very nice, traditional style hotel close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful panorama from the pool and the room. They’ve arranged airport transfers and car rental for good price. We will come back.

I loved everything!, from the facilities and view (including my private plunge pool overlooking the Caldera), to the lovely and responsive staff (who also helped us plan our itinerary and made arrangements prior to our arrival, shout to the receptionist Kate!), to the amazing food (even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for the airport on the day of departure), to the relaxing spa session, and down to the lovely ambience of the place! It was definitely worth the price and would highly recommend this 5-star hotel to others!
