My spouse and I had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Santorini Kastelli Resort hotel, and it was an absolutely enchanting experience. We were welcomed with outstandingly warm hospitality and treated with friendliness throughout our stay. Accommodation at Kastelli Resort is nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were greeted by a truly aesthetic atmosphere -a bed decorated by bougainville flower petals and a truly impressive towel arrangements with a pair of kissing swans. It added an extra layer of whimsy and romance to our arrival. It was evident that the hotel staff paid meticulous attention to every detail, and we felt like we were in a fairy tale. The resort has five pools, each with its unique charm, whether you prefer tranquil atmosphere or a vibrant and social setting. One of the standout features of the hotel was our swim out suite with a private, cozy, blue pool. We spent countless hours lounging by it on the terrace. The hotel staff Nino and Victoria went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, arranging surprises and assisting with every request. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort and glamour. If you're looking for an unforgettable honeymoon experience on this enchanting island, Kastelli Resort is the place to be.

The staff were simply outstanding . From the minute George met us at our taxi the attention and charm of all the staff was second to none. Secondly the food is superb. We had lunch twice and dinner once and every dish was exceptional and reasonably priced.

We have just returned from a sixteen day stay. Everything was wonderful, first of all and especially the staff - waiters Felix, Panos, Andreas, waiters and bartenders in one Gerta and Alexander, receptionists Christine and Constantinos, lifeguard Evan, or the manager Georgia herself. And many others whose names I do not remember - such as the cook. They did everything and more than everything to satisfy us. The exteriors of the hotel itself meet the criteria for 4 stars, the interior will need remodeling, especially the bathrooms. In any case, everything was perfectly clean and spotless. We had half board which exceeded our expectations, there was a lot of food, sufficiently varied, of excellent quality. Our toddler was constantly running all over the hotel, in the restaurant, at the reception and even in the manager's office, she was welcomed everywhere with open arms, we felt like we were visiting family. She even received a gift from Gerta and Evan which surprised us more than pleasantly. Overall a fantastic stay.

Room was clean, spacious, quiet with an amazing view on the caldera. We got upgraded to a room with a jaccuzi that we really enjoyed. Swimming pool is big, well maintained and you can drink a good cocktail while watching Fira. Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Coffee was particularly good. What makes this hotel go from very good to perfect is the staff that was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Overall a quiet Luxury and authentic place where we spent our one week honeymoon and we will keep wonderdul memories. Highly recommended.
